Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, if ordered during our special your wand must be working properly (same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact our Customer Support staff at
support@vortexhaircare.com within 90 days of delivery.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specific time period of days.
If you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results before 90 days from the date of purchase, you may return the Vortex Wand Hair Growth System for a refund of the purchase price with an 18% service fee, less the Sales tax.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vortexhaircare.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Due to sanitary and safety concerns, free attachments and serums are now considered consumables — even if unopened.
We’ve experienced cases where customers have attempted to return only the primary device while keeping the complimentary items offered during special promotions, such as our holiday bundle.
All items received in a promotional kit must be returned in full — including the wand, attachments, and serum — in their original packaging and unused condition (where applicable).This is necessary for us to properly inspect the wand’s functionality upon return and ensure safe handling for future customers
Bundles/ subscriptions purchased with our device kits are subject to partial refunds as consumables are not included and will be deducted if a return is initiated. This ensures fairness to all customers and allows us to continue offering valuable promotions responsibly
